Ingredients
- 1 Boston butt (6-8 lbs)
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- Apple wood chips
Instructions

Mix all dry ingredients for rub.
